Soliant Health is seeking an Inpatient Staff Pharmacist for a 13 week travel contract at a hospital in Kentucky. This position offers full-time hours working day shifts, Monday through Friday.

Position : Inpatient Staff Pharmacist

Schedule : Day Shifts
Duties :
- Provide inpatient pharmacy services.
- Review and verify medication orders.
- Prepare and dispense medications.
- Monitor patient medication therapy.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct medication reconciliation and patient education.
Ideal Candidate :
- BS in Pharmacy or PharmD
- Holds an active Kentucky Pharmacist License.
- Has hospital experience.
- Strong clinical and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
