Experience : Prior 2+ year of Accounts Receivable Technician or Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities :
- Must have prior experience with Accounts Receivable Clerk to provide both clerical and accounts receivable support.
- Key responsibilities include managing schedules, handling correspondence, processing documents, and maintaining office systems.
- The candidate must have prior experience in Accounts Receivable, as well as the ability to scan and file documents, save into the local shared drive (paper to electrons) for further processing, process checks.
- Additionally, they will research incoming check refunds, determine the reasons for collection, and apply refunds to the correct claim or bill of collection.
- Strong multitasking skills and office software proficiency are essential.
