Compensation Overview

The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country.

The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role;

the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

What Is the Opportunity?

This position is the primary point of accountability to Business partners and other stakeholders for the management and implementation of small to medium sized Futures Lab Projects.

These projects will support the development and testing of hypotheses surrounding the insurance impacts of possible futures and help influence future Personal Insurance strategies.

What Will You Do?

• The Project Manager coordinates planning and execution of Projects activities and resources to ensure that established cost, time, and quality goals are met.
• Manages crossfunctional team collaboration, establishing team charters, communications, cadences, and coordination. Serves as point person for internal SMES in sourcing and gathering internal perspectives to inform discovery and testing of insurance-related hypotheses and in transitioning initiatvies that graduate from the Futures Lab.

Works with Design Strategists to align external learning agendas to project requirements.

• The Project Manager works with moderate supervision and is responsible for applying Project Management knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to Project deliverables, processes, and systems in order to meet or exceed stakeholder needs and expectations.
• The Project Manager operates within a defined charge with flexibility to merge different methodologies in accomplishing collective goals.

What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Experience managing others and / or project teams preferred.

What is a Must Have?

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of project management experience required.
