Position Overview : We're currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team.
This role involves working within a school environment, delivering crucial speech and language services to students with diverse communication needs.

Responsibilities :
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' speech and language needs.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and treatment goals.
- Administer direct therapy services to students, using evidence-based interventions and techniques.
- Collaborate with school staff, parents, and other professionals to enhance students' progress and communication skills.
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and therapy sessions.
Qualifications :
- Hold a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Possess current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Previous experience in a school-based setting is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team.
