Operating Room Assistant Nurse Manager

Atlanta, GA

Join a collaborative surgical team that performs advanced orthopedic, spine, and pain management procedures in a supportive and people-focused environment.

Schedule :

  • As a leader, you will be expected to work Monday – Friday but our staff has the option of working 4 10s.
  • No call, no weekends, no holidays

What You Will Do :

  • Managing the operations
  • Staffing
  • Scheduling
  • Performance evaluations
  • Hiring / firing
  • Will relieve OR RNs who are on lunchbreak

    • Key Surgical Services Include :

    Pain Management & Spine Procedures :

  • Epidural steroid injections (cervical, thoracic, lumbar, caudal)
  • Radiofrequency ablation and nerve blocks
  • Disc procedures (discectomy, IDET, discography)
  • Sacroiliac and facet joint injections
  • Spine surgeries including laminectomy, discectomy, and cervical fusion

    • Orthopedic Trauma & Sports Medicine :

  • Arthroscopic surgeries (knee, hip, ankle, wrist, elbow)
  • Fracture repair with internal fixation
  • Hand, wrist, foot, and ankle surgery

    • Tendon & Ligament Reconstruction :

  • ACL and AC joint reconstruction
  • Achilles, quadriceps, and biceps tendon repairs
