SAP SERVICE DELIVERY DIRECTOR

Job Title : SAP Service Delivery Director

Role / Responsibilities :

• Responsible for Infra and apps Delivery
• SPOC for the integrated delivery
• Should be responsible for the Demand Management for the scope of work aligned for the region
• Responsible for the overall Account P&L Should have experience in ITIL framework and process
• To understand the nuances for USA region and collaborate with other regions (EMEA Region(Germany), APAC Region(Singapore), Global Team(INDIA)) to find more efficient ways of working.
• To work with the integrated teams to assure they are managing the work appropriately to meet development, support commitments, and provide guidance wherever needed.
• To build a relationship with the customer to assure continuous communication and understanding of the customer goals.
• To keep the customer informed and consulted on any modifications to the overall plans where changes are needed.
• Responsible for oversight of measurements and metrices closely to help with moving to a more automated and efficient way of working.

Qualifications & Experience :

• SAP S / 4 hands on
• Should have extensive experience in managing AMS Engagements
• Should have handled Global teams
• Should have experience in managing applications ERP (SAP), Open / Custom Applications , Platform support, Digital Technologies
• Should have excellent communication skills
• Should be able to manage customer stakeholder management
• Candidate should have strong program management skills to oversee the entire engagement, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• A good understanding of infrastructure support is necessary to ensure that the underlying infrastructure supporting the applications is robust and reliable.

Experience in managing the Profit and Loss (P&L) for the engagement, ensuring that financial targets are met, and costs are controlled.

Strong skills in managing client stakeholders are essential which involves building & maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with the services provided.

Pay Range :

$75,000 USD - $85,000 USD

In addition, this position qualifies for benefits like health insurance, paid time off (PTO), 401(K). Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, education, and / or to comply with federal or state law.
