We are seeking Urgent Care Advanced Practice Providers with acute care experience to join our team serving the Fort Meyers, FL community.
Our providers work alongside medical technicians to deliver comprehensive in-home care including health assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and outcome management for patients of all ages.

- Provide in-home care and drive to the place of service
- Perform comprehensive health assessments and treat complex illnesses
- Use critical thinking skills and follow evidence-based standards of practice
- Document patient encounters accurately
- Analyze test data to diagnose and arrange follow-up care
- Educate patients and families on managing health and well-being
- Communicate effectively with all individuals involved in patient care
- Adhere to clinical and safety standards
- Attend training sessions and clinical team meetings
- Maintain positive relationships with partners and remote teams
Requirements :
- Minimum of two years of experience as an APP in relevant areas
- Current unrestricted state license
- Nationally board certified
- Current BLS required, ACLS certification preferred
- Prescriptive authority and DEA
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds
- Varied work schedule with evenings, holidays, and weekends
