About The Position
Job Title : Registered Nurse Job Specialty : Oncology Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : 8-hour days, Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 am - 4 : 30 pm with a 30-minute lunch (No call required, no weekends) Guaranteed Hours : 40 hours per week Experience : Oncology experience preferred License : Active AK license Certifications : BLS Must-Have : Oncology experience Job Description : Work in the outpatient clinic setting.
Utilize equipment such as eClinical Works and Meditech for computerized charting and medication systems.- Collaborate with a team;
employee will always have colleagues present in the office.- Handle a nurse-to-patient ratio that provides care for 6-12 patients per day in an outpatient setting.
- Avoid floating to other units / departments.- Dress code : scrubs, color of choice.- Participate in a focused EMR training with 1 : 1 mentorship with clinic RN and Advanced Practice Providers.
- Engage in a new employee orientation specific to the organization.
