Position : Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor
Location : The Elms Center, Milford, NH
The Elms Center is thrilled to announce that we are under new ownership and are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor to join our revitalized team.

Responsibilities :
- Oversee the nursing staff and ensure high-quality patient care during the weekend shifts.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, and implement care plans as needed.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to address any issues or concerns.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, and ensure compliance with facility policies and regulations.
- Act as a liaison between residents, families, and the healthcare team.
Requirements :
- Valid RN license in New Hampshire.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Experience in long-term care or similar settings is advantageous.
