Job Details

We are a leading construction company known for executing complex projects with precision and professionalism. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager specializing in Concrete Construction to join our team.

This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional to move to sunny Florida and be a part of our exciting, fast-paced environment, where every day brings new challenges and opportunities.

Responsibilities :

As a Permanent Project Manager, you will be at the helm of our concrete construction projects, overseeing all stages from inception to completion.

Your responsibilities will include :

1. Leading and managing commercial, shell, high-rise construction, and concrete projects.

2. Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists.

3. Preparing comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resources.

4. Ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

5. Managing risks and issues, implementing corrective measures as necessary.

6. Ensuring quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.

7. Maintaining comprehensive project documentation, ensuring all necessary permits and legal paperwork are in order.

8. Conducting site inspections to ensure adherence to construction safety regulations.

9. Reporting on project progress, problems, and solutions to stakeholders.

10. Building and fostering relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Qualifications :

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale construction projects, with a particular focus on concrete construction.

The following qualifications are required :

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.

2. Proven experience in commercial, shell, high-rise construction, and concrete projects.

3. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.

4. Strong knowledge of construction processes, means and methods, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.

5. Exceptional leadership, organizational, and time management skills.

6. Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong decision-making skills.

7. Proficiency in construction management software packages.

8. Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of staff and clients.

9. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

10. PMP or equivalent certification would be considered an asset.
