Coordinates any limousine activity both internal and external from initial client contact to satisfactory conclusion. Responsible for the coordination of transportation manpower in accordance with established guidelines.
Collects and completes daily operational data ensuring that shift changes are smooth and that the transportation office is never unattended.
Ensures accuracy of driver labor hours. Communicates with property concerning limousine status. Assigns limousine requests to outside vendors in fair, equitable manner.
Assists supervisor in ensuring outside vendors meet company standards of quality service, maintenance of vehicles, uniforms and driver appearance.
Coordinates limo repairs and maintenance with Fleet Maintenance. Approves and issues complimentaries for casino rated players based on established guidelines.
EDUCATION / SKILLS / EXPERIENCE : High school diploma preferred. Light typing, filing. Strong communicative, organizational, telephone, computer, math / computation and decision making skills.
