Job Description
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement supply chain optimization strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with procurement, production, and distribution teams to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Evaluate supplier performance and work with suppliers to address any issues and improve service levels.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on supply chain performance, including key metrics and KPIs.
- Assist in demand forecasting and planning to ensure accurate and timely product availability.
- Support the implementation of supply chain management software and tools.
- Conduct root cause analysis of supply chain disruptions and develop corrective action plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, production, logistics, and sales, to align supply chain activities with business objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in supply chain management.

The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in supply chain analysis or a related role, preferably within the food and beverage industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software (, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of supply chain principles, including demand forecasting, inventory management, and supplier relationship management.
- Understanding of food and beverage industry regulations and standards is a plus.
What's on Offer
Target compensation for the Supply Chain Analyst is 70,000 - 90,000 base salary.
