Assistant Store Manager

We are in search of a Assistant Store Sales Lead who is interested in growing with us and helping develop our team for our Johnston location.
We pride ourselves on our positive and gratifying work environment, and encourage originality throughout the Massage Heights family.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Directly supervise and be accountable for all aspects of the Retreat operations when the Retreat Director is not present
- Directly supervise and be accountable for Lifestyle Consultants (LCs) and the front desk
- Train and coach Lifestyle Consultants on customer service, sales, front desk op
- Monitor staffing needs
- Manage customer issues
- Meet and exceed personal and team sales goals
- Actively participate in the development and execution of marketing, grass roots promotions, and stake holder relationships
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
- Minimum 1-2 years of sales training / coaching experience preferred
- Must be Guest-driven
- Must be sales driven
- Strong leadership, organization, communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated team-player that takes initiative
- People oriented with strong customer service and public relations skills
- Proven track record in achieving sales goals
- Working knowledge of computers and standard software
- Industry experience and knowledge preferred
- Available to work varied hours / weekends, evenings, holidays etc.
- Experience in training, coaching, and conflict resolution a plus
