Opportunity Description
We are partnered with a well-established automotive components manufacturer in Detroit. This mid-size organization is experiencing growth across their network of plants and is in need of a Plant General Manager for a new plant start-up that is transition into full-scale manufacturing.
The organization is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead the new state of the art factory.
Qualifications
- BS Degree
- 10+ Years Operations / Plant leadership in Tier 1 Automotive
- Experience working in a complex facility with multiple manufacturing processes and customers
- Experience leading a 300+ person factory
- Full P&L
- 10+ Direct Reports and 200+ Indirect
