Summary This opportunity involves management of exciting large construction projects covering various market segments from healthcare, mission critical, life sciences, office, or hospitality with a team of highly qualified dedicated professionals.

Responsibilities

Leadership Created with Sketch. Leadership Lead a team of field crews to deliver results focused on safety, quality, and productivity.

Mentor and grow other professionals. Lead and promote safety through best practices. Communicate with general contractors, architects, engineers, and owners.

Involvement in strategic planning and execution.Ensure budget compliance through scheduling and cost management. Develop and maintain relationships with customers.

Sales from conceptual budgets through final award. Risk Management Created with Sketch. Risk Management Risk mitigation efforts through contract review and negotiation.

Quality Assurance Created with Sketch. Quality Assurance Manage material, equipment, tools, information, and subcontractors.

Material, equipment, and subcontractor procurement. Management Created with Sketch. Management Positive cash flow through timely invoicing and collections.

Support customers with startup, commissioning, and owner training.Market and promote the entire company through our Fundamental Behaviors.

Requirements

Degree Created with Sketch. Education A degree in Engineering or Building Construction or a HS diploma with at least 5 years of construction supervisory experience in the mechanical trades.

Experience Created with Sketch. Experience At least 3-5 years of experience in managing mechanical commercial construction projects.

Experience and knowledge of HVAC and Plumbing systems. Proficient with Job Cost software, Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Assessment Created with Sketch. Skills Strong leadership skills, self-motivated, team-oriented, and able to respond quickly to changing customer demands.

Willingness to sacrifice short-term gain for long-term results and accomplishment.Excellent customer service.Genuine passion for building and construction.
