Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers, visitors and guests in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
- Work cooperatively with the sales, service and other internal teams
- Receipting cash, check, and credit cards
- Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Filing
- Assist in scheduling and confirming sales appointments
- Checking in loaners
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Excellent listening / communication skills, outgoing and positive personality
- Previous cashiering and customer service experience required
- Experience in the automotive industry helpful but not required
- Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility and dynamic work environment
- Professional and businesslike appearance
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
