Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Family Law Attorney to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Arizona family law, excellent communication and advocacy skills, and a passion for helping clients achieve their goals.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in various family law matters, including Dissolution, Establishment, Modification, Enforcement, Third-Party Rights, and Orders of Protection.
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court hearings and trials.
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular updates on case progress.
- Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to ensure efficient case management.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active member in good standing with the State Bar of Arizona.
- 2+ years of experience practicing family law in Arizona.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to client service.
