Financial Service Representatives (New Accounts) and Financial Service Officers (Loans) to join our Branch Team. This individual provides both savings and loans services for membership, promoting the full line of products and services of our Credit Union.

The ideal candidate will have
A Heart to Help passion for assisting people Strong consultative sales and service skills with the ability to connect and engage with people A bachelors degree in business and financial institution experience is a plus, but not required.
For the Financial Service Officer, loan experience is required (e.g. consumer / HELOC) while underwriting is preferred. The ability to work both independently and cohesively with others, fostering a team environment The ability to handle all confidential matters professionally;
always maintaining the privacy of our members account information with integrity Strong organizational, multi-tasking and planning skills, with a high level of dependability, commitment, and achievement of expectations and goals The ability to learn quickly and continuously, including use of technology (e.
g. mobile and online banking) Analytical problem-solving skills, with a strong interest in continuous improvement Make a difference one life at a time!
