What you'll do...

Walmart Central Fill Pharmacy is a specialized type of pharmacy that focuses on processing and dispensing of prescriptions for multiple retail pharmacy locations within a region.

Unlike a traditional pharmacy, Central Fill is full of automation allowing prescriptions to be filled fast and accurately.

But the best part of Central Fill pharmacy is taking care of our patients in the community. While we are not patient facing, our job provides retail pharmacies the ability to spend much deserved time providing clinical services and education to the communities they serve.

We are hiring a full-time 3rd shift Custodian II for our Plainfield, IN location. The hourly pay is $16.00 per hour with a $3.

00 per hour shift differential. The working schedule is Sunday through Thursday between the hours of 10.30 pm and 6 : 30 am.

Minimum Qualifications :

Custodial services or related field (1 - 3 years)

Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED

The job duties include :

Assists in facility support by setting up rooms for special events; performing minor maintenance and repair activities; collecting and transporting recyclables;

disassembling and cleaning drug dispensers; and reporting facility issues (for example, roof leaks, power outages) to management.

• Ensures clean and sanitary facilities (for example, offices, restrooms, conference rooms, lobbies, elevators, parking lots) according to company safety procedures and guidelines and federal, state, and local laws and regulations (for example, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations, state health department regulations)by wearing personal protective equipment;
• emptying waste receptacles and recycle bins; dusting, sweeping, and wet mopping; stripping and waxing floors; cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms and showers;
• vacuuming and spot-cleaning carpets; cleaning electronic devices (for example, microwaves), windows, air conditioner ducts, and ceiling tiles;

and identifying and reacting to additional cleaning needs.

Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; using the Open Door Policy;

and applying these in executing business processes and practices.

• Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners;
• identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carrying out tasks; communicating progress and information; determining and recommending ways to address improvement opportunities;

and adapting to and learning from change, difficulties, and feedback.

The hourly wage range for this position is $14.00-$16.00*

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.

Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
