Licensed Clinical Supervisor

A company is looking for a Clinical Supervisor (Central) to manage a group of assigned clinicians and enhance the delivery of behavioral healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Clinical Director in developing and implementing clinical schedules and curriculum

Ensure clinical services are delivered according to best practices and regulatory compliance

Maintain a caseload, facilitate weekly group treatment, and provide clinical supervision

Required Qualifications

Independently licensed mental health counselor

Authorized to work in the United States with native or bilingual English proficiency

Experience working with diverse age groups, including children and adults

Leadership experience in various clinical settings

Familiarity with cloud-based communication and EMR software
