We're Hiring for a Clinic Support Specialist

Part-Time and Multi-Location (Hood River & The Dalles)

What Youll Do

  • Laundry Logistics : Pick up laundry from both clinic locations, drop off at the wash'n fold laundromat, and pick up and distribute to each clinic the next day.
  • Clinic TLC : Keep our spaces tidyvacuum, wipe down counters, take out trash, and help us maintain a welcoming environment for patients and staff.
  • Inventory & Supplies : Be our go-to for tracking office and clinic supplies, placing orders, and making sure we never run out of the essentials.
  • Errand Extraordinaire : Run occasional errands to support clinic operationsthink supply pickups, drop-offs, and other helpful tasks.
  • Winter-Ready Reliability : Comfortable driving between Hood River and The Dalles during winter months (weather permitting).

  • A reliable vehicle and valid drivers license
  • A self-starter who takes pride in their work
  • Someone who communicates kindly and clearly
  • Comfortable working independently and checking off tasks
