We are looking for a Marketing Manager to cover all 7 dealerships. Jim Coleman Automotive is a 3rd generation family-owned dealership founded in 1987.
The Coleman family has been selling and servicing cars in the Washington-Metropolitan and Bethesda areas since the 1950s.
Mr. William Coleman, founder of Coleman Automotive, had a vision of establishing a dealership with a higher level of class and a superior level of service.
He believed that Bethesda residents and Washingtonians alike possessed higher expectations of retailers. He was ahead of his time, striving to deliver a unique, customer-focused car buying experience.

Responsibilities
- Plan and execute all digital marketing.
- Design, build, and maintain our social media presence.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
- Identify trends and create growth strategies.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate website traffic, foot traffic, conversion rates, click through rates and other pertinent data.
- Collaborate with agencies and outside vendors.
- Evaluate emerging technologies.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales campaigns.
- Facilitate preparation of print materials.
- Facilitate video creation for TV and social media, and display advertising.
- Manage public relations programs, corporate partnerships, licensing, contests, new product releases, and media relationships.
- Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity.
- Manage the development and delivery of promotional and new product campaigns.
- Support delivery of marketing campaigns with the lead agency.
- All campaigns intended to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Marketing tactics include : email, direct mail, TV, print, online video, radio, outdoor, and social media.
- Manage tactical planning with marketing strategy.
- Responsible for tracking marketing claim changes with product marketing partners and implementing changes throughout impacted advertising tactics.
- Responsible for onboarding process improvement to enable faster and more efficient campaign development, delivery, and best use of resources.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Ability to manage time and juggle multiple projects.
- Strong written and communication skills.
- Solid understanding of website analytic tools (i.e. Google Analytics).
