Sr. Concierge Representative
Overview :
Responsible for greeting all customers (Operators, staff, contractors, and guests) with eye contact and a warm welcome, providing name tags for all appropriate customers entering Support Center Ponce, serving all customers with remarkable hospitality in addition to prioritizing projects in between answering phones calls.
This role oversees smooth operation of Support Center Ponce office and ensuring a productive and efficient work environment.
Partner with Support Center Buffington point of contacts to fulfill and carry out daily task’s regarding Facilities, Security, AV Tech, Connectivity, Café & Mail Services.
Be a leader in organizing and executing gatherings and experiences that promote Chick-fil-A's culture of care and core values.
Responsibilities :
8 : 15AM-4 : 15PM Monday-Friday

From a safety and security standpoint, ensure all guest entering the buildings have a guest name tag.
Maintain safety and security protocol (AED / CPR locations and knowledge)
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries.
Capability to track data and provide reports to leadership.
Data analysis and manipulation using Excel.
Provide leadership guest, vendor, and ID badge data to understand frequency and how the space is being utilized.
Re-assign incoming ServiceNow "general" service tickets
Create 725 Ponce Service request tickets in Ponce Building Cousins system.
Attend all Culture, Community & Collaboration Cornerstone meetings in person.
Maintain Concierge documents, guest registration system and phone system.
Strong communication skills to effectively report to leadership and clearly articulate the building's needs and opportunities.
Maintain a tidy Concierge desk area and supplies.
Complete assigned projects on time and on budget.
Assist guests with specific onsite needs.
Event coordination skills, create community and connection.
Manage budget and tracking.
Host Ponce Tours per requested and scheduled.
Manage Lost & Found Process / items.
Manage "Inspiration Station" notecard inventory.
Facilitate quarterly cross functional meetings regarding Ponce Office Space.
Make eye contact, share a smile, and speak enthusiastically.
Create / complete "urgent" Operator & Staff Name Tag requests.
Execute community & culture events and opportunities within the office space.
Maintain office tasks as needed (restock snacks, troubleshoot needs in building )
Fulfill the needs of Mailroom Services (including stocking items and creating mailing labels)
Partner with Campus Planning & Operations for parking / validation & building needs.
Validate Daily Parking tickets as needed.
Maintain Ponce 8th floor reservation and information & communications.
Assist in onboarding and training part-time Contract workers.
Create experiences that are memorable, personalized and enriching.
Implement new process and ideas regarding Warm Welcomes and Fond Farewells.
Minimum Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalency
2+ years of work experience in a corporate environment
Hospitality experience
Customer service experience
Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications, excel and aptitude to learn new software.
Demonstrates professionalism.
Excellent customer service with a servant spirit
Strong verbal and written communication skills and judgement
Strong self-starter with strong follow-through and excellent organizational skills
Ability to identify and set priorities.
Able to work well independently and in a team environment.
Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing environments.
Ability to multi-task
Ability to sit for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
High level of initiative and attention to detail
Occasionally lift and move office supplies or equipment up to 20 pounds.
Occasional overtime may be required during peak periods or for special events.
Process invoices, track expenses.
