Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a single point of contact for patients and providers, advocating for their needsManage case loads, validate patient information, and assist with eligibility and enrollment activitiesPerform reimbursement-related activities, including benefit investigations and prior authorizationsRequired Qualifications and Education3+ years of experience in specialty pharmacy, medical insurance, or healthcare settingsBachelor's degree preferredKnowledge of pharmacy and medical benefitsFamiliarity with HIPAA regulationsUnderstanding of commercial and government payers preferred
