Carpenter
We are seeking a limited / entry-level carpenter for a hands-on role with opportunities to learn and grow in framing, millwork installation, cabinet installation, hardware, and other construction-related skills. This position is perfect for someone eager to develop their carpentry skills in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
Accurately measure homes for millwork, doors, and windows.
Install framing, millwork, cabinets, and hardware with precision.
Collaborate with and audit other trades on larger projects to ensure quality and execution in partnership with the Project Manager.
Maintain a high standard of craftsmanship and attention to detail.
Essential Skills
2+ years hands-on construction or carpentry experience.
Proficient use of tape measure and hand / power tools.
Reliable transportation for traveling between job sites.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in windows, siding, soffit, and fascia is beneficial.
Knowledge of steel stud framing is advantageous.
Completion of carpentry courses at accredited schools is a plus.

Work Environment
The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 7 : 00 am to 3 : 30 pm. You will work primarily within commercial multi-family environments and will be involved in a variety of tasks including renovations and bathroom remodels. The role offers a variety of work every day, ensuring a dynamic and engaging work experience. Candidates will either meet at the shop or go directly to the job site, depending on the materials needed, and will work with a team of 3-4 others.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00 / hr.
