Our expanding law practice is looking for a paralegal with strong knowledge of all aspects of Family law and who can hit the ground running as we build our perfect team.

Additional experience with guardianship or dependency is ideal.

For our clientele, we believe in conquering crises and planning for the future with holistic legal care.

You will be a member of a dynamic and developing team. Applicants must be experienced, well-organized professionals who can work alone and with minimal supervision.

Compensation is negotiable based on experience, agreed upon billable targets, and includes incentive compensation for excellent performance.

  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks, so we never miss a deadline

Compensation :

$70,000 - $95,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

  • Speak with clients to provide quality service, answer basic procedural inquiries about their case, and obtain information about their legal difficulties
  • Examine and prepare all financial disclosures and statements
  • Keep case files and other important information neatly organized and easily accessible
  • Organize legal research in support of motions, hearings, and other legal matters
  • Generate legal papers, letters, affidavits, and pleadings such as complaints, interrogatories, subpoenas, deposition notices, pretrial orders, and legal briefs under the supervision of a lawyer

Qualifications :

  • Knowledge of standard office administration software such as the internet, email, word processing, case management, time and billing, legal research, and document management is required
  • 5-10 years of previous experience working in Family Law in Washington is required
  • Experience in training and leading junior paralegals and legal assistants.
  • This position requires you to agree to participate in a multi-question written interview that examines your knowledge, abilities, qualifications, habits, and behaviors (including attention to detail, communication skills, and technical legal knowledge)
