The Phoenix Center for Rehab & Nursing is now hiring full-time or part-time LPNs for 3pm-11pm who are committed to providing the best life and care for our residents.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF AN LPN :
- Providing nursing care within their scope of practice
- Performing appropriate segments of the prescribed medical regime for an assigned group of patients
- Working cooperatively with health care team members to maintain established standards of care
- Any other job duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS OF AN LPN :
- Must have an active Certification as an LPN
- Experience preferred, not required
