Overview

Based in Gardner, Massachusetts, the Project Coordinator will be responsible for working with the PMO and helping to manage day-to-day activities within the group.

In addition to office manager responsibilities, you will also be working with Program / Project Managers to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget.

With organization and prioritization skills, this candidate will organize the necessary pieces to ensure project success.

This is an on-site position in Gardner. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Support Month-End close out activities
  • Support scheduling of onsite visits and client / vendor meetings
  • Coordinate with clients on travel planning (accommodations, reservations, schedules)
  • Coordinate client and company event with senior staff
  • Assist Program Managers with meeting notes, tracking hours, billing, etc.
  • Assist Engineers with design tasks, procurement of materials, etc.
  • Provide documentation support and adhere to QMS standards
  • Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
  • Create and maintain a comprehensive project documentation
  • Perform miscellaneous duties and projects as assigned and required

Requirements :

Training, Skills, Knowledge and / or Experience

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience assisting with projects
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field preferred, but not required
  • Proven self-management and team-management skills
  • Excellent organization skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Excellent communication skills including written and verbal
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
  • Experience working in a regulated environment (Medical Device, Life Science, Aerospace, etc.) a plus
  • A desire to work hard, have fun and share enthusiasm with others
  • Capability to make decisions under pressure
  • Proven ability to solve problems creatively
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
