Marketing Manager

We're looking for a strategic, creative, and results-driven Marketing Manager to own our marketing initiatives, drive lead generation, and elevate the A'BriTin brand across all channels. This hands-on role will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that build awareness, engage target audiences, and generate qualified leads to fuel the company's growth.
Lead Generation & Campaign Strategy
- Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies focused on attracting and nurturing quality leads across digital, print, and experiential channels
- Manage the end-to-end execution of multi-channel campaigns aligned with sales and business objectives
- Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and campaign performance data to optimize marketing initiatives and maximize ROI
- Maintain and optimize lead nurturing workflows through marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp)
- Oversee website content, SEO, UX, and digital lead generation tactics to ensure a strong online presence and user engagement
Brand Management & Content Leadership
Own the development and enforcement of brand standards to ensure consistent, compelling messaging across all platforms and materialsLead content strategy and creation, including social media, email marketing, blog posts, collateral, and promotional materialsManage the corporate marketing calendar, coordinating seasonal campaigns, product launches, community engagement initiatives, and eventsCollaborate with external vendors, designers, and media contacts to create high-quality marketing assetsRepresent the A'BriTin brand professionally at industry events, expos, and community functions as neededData-Driven Marketing & Analytics
Monitor and report on campaign metrics, website analytics, and lead generation KPIs to inform strategic adjustments and continuous improvementUse digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads) to track performance and recommend optimizationsConduct competitive research and market analysis to identify opportunities and challengesCross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with sales, operations, culinary, and administrative teams to align marketing efforts with company goals and ensure seamless executionSupport sales enablement by providing updated marketing collateral, tools, and insights that help shorten the sales cycle and improve conversion ratesRequired Qualifications
2+ years of professional experience in a marketing role, preferably management / leadershipProven success in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and brand growthStrong command of CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.)Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Wix) and a solid understanding of SEO best practicesProficiency in digital marketing tools including Google Analytics, Google Ads, and paid social media advertisingSkilled in content creation and design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud and CanvaStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlinesExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for storytelling and brand buildingData-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and translate insights into actionable strategiesAdditional Notes

Schedule : Standard office hours are Monday - Friday, 9 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM. Occasional work hours to be performed outside of standard office hours. Must be able to work some early morning or late-night events, meetings, expos, networking events, etc. This position is in-office only, no remote work.
Travel : Up to 10% (rare)
