JOB TITLE : Market Manager - Upstate New York (Albany, Saratoga, or Buffalo)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Represent the brands in the on & off premise channels in assigned territory
- Work closely with Empire team to build brand presence in the trade
- Collaborate with leadership to execute trade-facing & consumer-focused events & activations
- Achieve menu, cocktail, backbar, & display features & programs in assigned accounts
- Schedule and conduct distributor team meetings to inform and educate sales representatives of brand standards to optimize sales performance
- Manage market work with distributor sales representatives
- Submit and review a weekly account report, Monthly Calendar and Sales Planner
- Maintain accurate records regarding distributor profiles, retail and on-premise distribution, and competitive activity and pricing
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
- 3+ years in a sales role representing a spirits brand / portfolio via supplier, agency, or distributor
- Experience calling on top on & off-premise accounts in assigned territory
- Strong presentation skills
