Adrian Howard - State Farm Agency, located in Irving, TX, has an immediate opening for a full-time Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish / English).
Insurance experience is not required, we will train the right person with the right skill set!
If you enjoy working with the public, are outgoing and customer-focused this may be the career for you! As a State Farm agency team member, you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home, and life insurance.
Responsibilities :
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
Benefits :
- $35,000 to $50,000 includes salary commission and bonus

Requirements :
- Bilingual (Spanish / English)
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams
- Organizational skills
- Self-motivated
- Proactive in problem solving
- Dedicated to customer service
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
- Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
