Software Engineer - Full Stack/Front End

Join Outgo’s engineering team! We’re looking for someone who is ready to lead the industry and our company in our front-end products across native applications and web.

You will spearhead the front-end development of a best-in-class product. This position reports into the Head of Product and Engineering.

Required Qualifications :

• 2+ years of of professional software development experience in designing, building, scaling, and maintaining production systems
• Strong knowledge in web and native technologies : React / CSS / HTML / TypeScript / GraphQL
• Experience with Git version control, CI / CD pipelines, and release management practices
• Must be based in the Seattle, WA area and able to work in the office on a hybrid basis
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Technology or equivalent experience

The salary for this role is between $125,000 and $190,000. The specific salary offered will depend on several factors including but not limited to applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience.

The hired candidate will be eligible for fully paid individual health benefits(50% dependents) with Regence Blue Shield, Delta Dental, and VSP, self-managed time off, life insurance, and twelve holidays.

Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including stock options.

Our office is located in the South Lake Union neighborhood in Seattle, and we operate on a hybrid basis. You are expected to work in the office a minimum of 3 days per week.
