Job Summary :

Express Employment Professionals in Bellingham is hiring a temporary production assistant for the swing shift at a well-established and busy company in Ferndale! If you are looking to get your foot in the door with a growing company and earn some extra cash for the summer, contact us today!

Pay : $18.15 / hr.

Shift : Monday through Friday, 2 : 45 PM – 11 : 15 PM

Position Type : Temporary 4-week project

Location : Ferndale, WA

Job Duties & Responsibilities include :

  • Operate basic production machinery within standard operating procedures, follow all safety procedures and requirements, adhere to product construction specifications, and maintain a clean work area.
  • Perform light material handling and maintain and transport material supply, adhering to just-in-time manufacturing principles.
  • Prepare machines by loading and unloading materials.
  • Package products properly.
  • Engage in general housekeeping, ensuring the surrounding work area is clean and free of safety hazards.
  • Perform equipment cleaning and light work area maintenance.
  • Able to lift 10–25 lbs. frequently and 25–50 lbs. occasionally.
