Technical Lead

Guruculis currently seeking a highly motivated Technical Lead to work witha wide variety of clients managing state of the art user behavioranalytics solutions.

The position offers variety challengeresponsibility and the opportunity to realize your potential.Qualified candidates will be wellrounded individuals with greatcommunication skills that have extensive experience in client andstaff management as well as extensive experience in implementationsanddeployments .

Candidatesshould be able to work inoffice at our El Segundo CAHQ.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Deliveryof efficient maintainable and robust Gurucul security analyticsproducts
• Abilityto define project scope and lead customer deployment technicalquestions and overall lifecycle of the project from scoping togolive
• Installintegrate and deploy Gurucul products in clientenvironments
• Communicateto clients and partners aspects of both the product and theimplementation at the technical and / or functional level appropriatefor thesituation
• Gatherlink and analyze data from varioussources
• Projectdocumentation including technical requirements architecture designand runbook
• Developprototypes of system designs and work with database operationstechnical support and other IT areas as appropriate throughoutdevelopment and implementationprocesses
• Workwith multiple project teams with competingdeadlines
• Serveas a technical resource; provide tech knowledge and capabilities asteammember
• Maintainfamiliarity with support versions of our product platformprocedures and processes and technology supported through CustomerService
• Conductonsite or inhouse customer trainingsessions
• Communicatewith various areas regarding their roles and representing customerperformancerequirements
• Directand perform follow up as necessary to complete projects and elicitcustomersatisfaction
• Communicatewith customers directly during the implementation process progressandcompletion

Requirements

EDUCATIONANDEXPERIENCE :

• Bachelors or higher degree in computer science or relatedfield
• 1015years of workexperience
• Mustbe authorized to work in theUS
• Candidateshould have prior experience as amanager / lead
• Excellentcommunication skills and extensive experience working with clientspartners andvendors
• Priorexperience working in customer delivery environment part of anycyber security product company isbonus
• Handsonexperience performing investigations analyzing different data fromcloud and onpremisesystems
• Priorexperience working closely in SOCoperations
