MINIMUM SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS :

• 5-8 years' military experience supporting theater level operations
• Experience with TTP / CONOPS development
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
• Bachelor's Degree

• Previous JT&E or T&E experience.
• Previous USINDOPACOM experience
• Test Planning experience

FILLING THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON FUNDING

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Serve as the Joint Test and Evaluation Project's Test Planner for a project designed to develop and test TTP to address USINDOPACOM issues
• Advise and assist the Contract Project Manager and Government Test Director in the planning, development, integration, and testing of TTP / CONOPS and support all contract deliverables CDRLs IAW the JT&E Handbook and the contract award
• Support the Project Manager and Test Director on the team's TTP / CONOPS development efforts to include TTP / CONOPS research, hosting TTP / CONOPS writing groups and Joint Warfighters Advisory Groups (JWAGs), and test product transitions
• Serve as a member of the contract team consisting of a Project Manager, Test Planner, Subject Matter Analyst, and Operations Research Systems Analyst (ORSA)
