Job Requirements
- A Medication Aide exam is required for CNAs with LTC specialty at Oregon Assisted Living facilities ONLY.
- Required for caregivers working in the Emergency Department (RN, LPN, LVN, ED Tech, ED CNA, ED Social Worker, etc.).
- Clinical Leaders (Manager, Director, etc) must complete before start if applicable.
- For placements starting on or after 7 / 15 / 2024, Clinical Leaders must complete specific modules.

Unit Specific Information
- The dress code for licensed nursing personnel (RN, LVN) is solid navy blue colored uniforms or scrub attire. Print tops are not acceptable attire except for licensed staff in the Children's Hospital (PED, Pedi, PICU, NICU).
- Women's Services (L&D, Mom / Baby) will meet the requirements for their unit specific scrub attire.
- Dress code for unlicensed personnel (US, CNA, PCA, NT, MT) is solid hunter green colored uniforms or scrub attire. Print tops are not acceptable except in the areas noted above.
