As a AM English TEACHER, you get to :
- Create a safe, nurturing and welcoming learning environment for our preschoolers.
- Assist in preparing fun and engaging lesson plans geared toward hands-on learning.
- Reinforce classroom rules and expectations using positive discipline.
- Collaborate with other teachers to plan and implement lessons and activities.
- Help each child reach their full potential through individualized attention engaging them in conversation and hands-on learning.
- Document children's daily activities and developmental growth, and keep parents informed of any daily problems or issues.
- Maintain positive relationships and communication with students, parents, and team members at all times.
Requirements of a AM English TEACHER include :
- A high school degree or equivalent required-college degree a plus
- Speak, read, and write English fluently
- Demonstrate enthusiasm for learning and early childhood development
Extra credit for :
- Previous teaching experience with young children
- Experience in early childhood development
- Full English proficiency
