Job Description :

The Sales Development Representative is an individual contributor role reporting to the VP of Business Development. You will play a critical role in expanding our presence in the market and converting prospects into QuickBox sales opportunities.

QuickBox has achieved strong growth in the fulfillment and logistics sector, and you will play a key part in expanding the QuickBox presence as an industry leader in the space.

You'll work closely with the direct sales team to ensure a seamless transition of opportunities. SDR's are measured by opportunity generation and will be given the flexibility to create a book of business of your own.

We encourage account development through outbound prospecting, social selling, networking, attending trade shows and field marketing events, and any sales activity that would contribute to expanding the QuickBox brand.

In summary, you will be the first line of engagement with future customers and will have an impact on the success of QuickBox as an organization.

Essential Duties & Job Functions :

  • Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities for QuickBox.
  • Contact and qualify potential customers, effectively nurturing them through the sales pipeline.
  • Set appointments and follow up on leads to ensure a steady flow of opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and execute strategies for reaching sales targets.
  • Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activities efficiently.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competition, and industry developments to remain competitive.
  • Work with the QuickBox team to develop product marketing materials for customer presentations and sales support.
  • Develop streamlined processes and materials to support growing number of sales lead conversations.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management.

Requirements : Job Qualifications :

Job Qualifications :

  • 0-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer service, with a proven track record of success.
  • Self-starter & problem solver.
  • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
  • Solid knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change in a dynamic sales environment.
  • Start-up & account-based selling experience is a plus, but not a requirement.
  • 3PL or Fulfillment experience is a plus, but not a requirement.

Work Environment :

Remote with frequent travel
