- A Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent is required.
- Minimum of two (2) years of progressively responsible related experience, which includes managing multiple renovation projects, small to mid-size, new construction projects (up to $50M), and managing A / E (design) consultant services and construction administration.

This person will be a part of multiple renovation projects throughout the area and should be familiar / have experience with RFI's, Change Orders, Submittals, various project management / construction management software's.
