Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the tech or AI industry.
- Hands on experience with Conversational AI technologies and platforms (e.g., chatbots, voice assistants).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, gather, and document business requirements and objectives.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process maps, and user stories.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) is a plus.
- Understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and user experience design principles is desirable.
