We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant Facility Management like you to be a part of our team.
Job Summary and Qualifications
As an Administrative Assistant you will provide administrative and clerical support to Directors of the organization and their management teams.
What you will do In This Role :
- You will greet visitors and callers, answers their inquiries, and directs them to the appropriate persons according to their needs.
- You will prepare routine correspondence, memos, minutes of meetings, routine reports and other materials or documents using word processing, spreadsheet, or presentation software.
- You will make arrangements and prepare agendas for committee and other meetings.
- You will ensure appropriate meeting notification and timely provision of follow-up actions.
- You will manage and maintain director’s schedule, make travel arrangements.
- You will perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, duplication, and distribution of documents.
- You will organize and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence and other materials.
What Qualifications You Will Need :
High School Diploma or GED
