We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in FORT WAYNE, Indiana.
You'll be a part of the Fleet Lease industry, ensuring smooth internal operations and excellent customer service. This role involves maintaining comprehensive customer records, handling customer inquiries, and managing customer accounts.
Responsibilities :
- Accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of customer credit.
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments while tracking vehicles through various processes.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure all charges are entered for deduction from proceeds or when the vehicle is released.
- Process payments for customers correctly and promptly.
- Conduct pre and post-sale audits to ensure all due funds are collected.
- Compile and distribute pre and post-sale reports to clients.
- Handle the pickup notices and pass them to the qualifier for scheduling.
- Manage the sale for all lease and repo vehicles.
- Proficiency in answering inbound calls and handling both inbound and outbound calls in a call center environment.
- Demonstrated skills in providing exceptional customer service.
- Experience in data entry, order entry, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Ability to draft professional email correspondence and effectively communicate with customers via email.
- Skilled in scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively and professionally.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to work as part of a team and contribute to the overall success of the team.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
