We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in FORT WAYNE, Indiana.

You'll be a part of the Fleet Lease industry, ensuring smooth internal operations and excellent customer service. This role involves maintaining comprehensive customer records, handling customer inquiries, and managing customer accounts.

Responsibilities :

  • Accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of customer credit.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments while tracking vehicles through various processes.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all charges are entered for deduction from proceeds or when the vehicle is released.
  • Process payments for customers correctly and promptly.
  • Conduct pre and post-sale audits to ensure all due funds are collected.
  • Compile and distribute pre and post-sale reports to clients.
  • Handle the pickup notices and pass them to the qualifier for scheduling.
  • Manage the sale for all lease and repo vehicles.
  • Proficiency in answering inbound calls and handling both inbound and outbound calls in a call center environment.
  • Demonstrated skills in providing exceptional customer service.
  • Experience in data entry, order entry, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
  • Ability to draft professional email correspondence and effectively communicate with customers via email.
  • Skilled in scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively and professionally.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work as part of a team and contribute to the overall success of the team.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
