• You guide each customer from the first conversation to the final reveal, listening with empathy and communicating with clarity.
• You hold space with compassion, understanding that tattooing can be emotional and symbolic, supporting customers safely and empowered.
• Shine as a leader on the shop floor, sharing your expertise and passion, inspiring trust and elevating the shop energy.
• Champion safety and excellence, maintaining studio cleanliness and hygiene while managing supplies to the highest standard.
