As Product Marketing Manager on the Platform and Solutions Marketing team, you will define and drive the marketing programs and go-to-market strategy for joint partner offers with other subsidiaries of Schneider Electric.
You will be responsible for understanding various technologies and developing messaging and use cases for the industrial value chain.
In this dynamic, global role, you will be responsible for developing compelling and highly differentiated messaging and positioning that elevates our combined value proposition and encourages adoption of SaaS for customers.
You’ll work cross-functionally to develop marketing programs and tactics to generate opportunities and accelerate awareness and adoption of these joint partner offers.
In addition, you’ll create a strategy to improve visibility and engagement with our partner solutions on the web.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive messaging and positioning that incorporates our combined value proposition across the value chain.
- Develop content that enables senior leaders to speak about the joint value proposition of our partner offers at events.
- Work closely with marketing teams across AVEVA and our partner companies to define marketing activities to generate pipeline.
- Create compelling content to help customers understand use cases and value propositions, drive awareness, customer engagement, adoption, and retention.
- Build and execute a plan to enable our sales teams about our offerings and the value of SaaS.
- Develop a strategy for our partner marketplace in collaboration with partner marketing to strengthen the customer experience by guiding customers to easily identify valuable partners and understand their value via our website.
- Collaborate with AVEVA’s Performance and Content Marketing team to craft campaigns that target and nurture existing customers and generate demand.
- Assist the customer reference team in identifying strong customer stories to highlight the value of AVEVA’s go-to-market partners for the industrial enterprise.
- Manage a repository of co-branded assets available to our sales and partner teams.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, engineering, communications, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years experience in product, portfolio, or solution marketing within the industrial software or related markets or 10+ years experience as an end user using industrial software.
- Familiarity with AVEVA applications and / or with AVEVA partners such as RIB and ETAP.
- Critical thinker with proven ability to develop and define differentiated messaging and positioning for products and services.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to lead highly-matrixed work teams.
- Ability to define and drive adoption of best practices and mentor junior team members.
- Strong communicator and facilitator with the ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders and seek win-win solutions.
- Comfortable presenting in front of an audience, live or virtually.
Salary Range :
$88,200.00 - $147,200.00
This pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation that the position offers, and final compensation can vary within the range depending on work location, job experience, skills, and relevant educational attainment and / or training.
