CIVIL FEDERAL PROJECT MANAGER IMPACT :

We are looking for a seasoned project manager with a passion for delivering exceptional results on civil engineering projects for federal clients.

This is a fast-paced environment and need someone who possess the expertise to navigate complex regulatory frameworks and standards.

CIVIL FEDERAL PROJECT MANAGER DETAILS :

Managing design-bid and design-bid-build projects for federal clients, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget
Navigating complex regulatory frameworks and standards, including UFCs, USACE District Standards, Federal Department Regulations, and others
Ensuring ABA / ADA compliance, Anti-Terrorism Force Protection, and Low Impact Development requirements
Facilitating Charrette procedures and overseeing SpecIntact specification writing
Writing Design Analysis, Design Narratives, and Proposals as needed
Traveling for site visits and representing the organization in large meetings
Collaborating with a multi-discipline, multi-firm team to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.

CIVIL FEDERAL PROJECT MANAGER BACKGROUND :

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field
Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
Minimum of five years of experience in civil engineering project management for federal clients
Proficiency in project management software and tools
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, team members, and stakeholders
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing demands, and meet project deadlines
