Corner Resources is seeking a polished and professional receptionist for one of the fastest-growing brokerage companies in the As the face of the company, you will be the first person anyone sees when they walk into the building.
Receptionist Job Responsibilities :
- Serve as the first point of contact, ensuring a welcoming experience for clients, vendors, and employees.
- Greet onsite visitors, determine the nature of their business, and notify the appropriate personnel.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the relevant departments or individuals.
- Provide general information to callers, including company address, directions, and basic inquiries.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail (both paper and electronic) to appropriate personnel.
- Process outgoing mail, including coordinating with UPS and FedEx for shipments.
- Manage office supplies, including ordering and maintaining inventory such as business cards and printed materials.
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, filing, and data maintenance.
- Ensure the lobby and front desk areas are clean and presentable.
- Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as needed.
Receptionist Requirements :
- High School Diploma or GED, along with relevant administrative experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient with technology, including Microsoft Office Suite and call management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and a diligent work ethic.
Receptionist Additional Details :
