About The Role

As a Senior Technical Program Manager focused on Content , you will lead initiatives shaping how content is ingested, enriched, trusted, and managed at scale. You will coordinate across teams such as Engineering, Product, Content Operations, Legal, and Finance to deliver resilient, scalable content systems that enhance user discovery, ensure platform integrity, and support long-term brand success.

This high-ownership role requires a systems thinker and program driver dedicated to increasing operational velocity.

Responsibilities

  • Drive structured coordination and execution for content initiatives to improve reliability and value.
  • Ensure alignment across cross-functional teams and stakeholders throughout program lifecycles.
  • Analyze systems and processes to identify dependencies, root causes, and solutions.
  • Communicate program intent, risks, and progress clearly and empathetically.
  • Create artifacts like process diagrams and ownership maps to keep programs on track.
  • Identify workflow bottlenecks and lead resilience and throughput initiatives.
  • Design scalable operations ensuring teams can deliver with minimal oversight.
  • Collaborate with Legal and Finance to align programs with compliance and risk standards.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering on workflows related to content scenarios such as takedowns and DMCA compliance.
  • Coordinate with other program managers, engineers, and leadership to ensure efficient workflows.

Qualifications

  • 4-6+ years in program or technical program management or similar roles.
  • Proven success leading complex, multi-stakeholder programs involving external partners.
  • Strong systems thinking, process mapping, and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional communication and documentation abilities.
  • Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, G Suite, and diagramming platforms.
  • Ability to operate at various levels of detail with urgency and empathy.
  • Preferred Skills

  • Experience managing projects in GenAI, ML, or applied research.
  • Experience with content management systems at scale.
