Location : Vorenta Head Office (occasional travel)
Hours : Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Job Purpose
We seek an HR Manager to enhance our HR operations, boost employee engagement, and partner with stakeholders to address workplace challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote our core values as a brand ambassador.
- Facilitate open communication to resolve conflicts.
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with our mission.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and guidelines.
- Manage skilled worker visa sponsorship and oversee onboarding.
- Align HR strategies with organizational goals.
- Lead performance appraisals and prepare training needs reports.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in unionised environments and knowledge of TUPE desirable.
- Strong grasp of HR best practices and regulatory environment.
- Veterinary and Agrifood sector experience desirable.
- Proficient in HRIS and creating impactful training materials.
Desired Skills
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Highly organized with strong prioritization abilities.
Education
Level 5 CIPD or equivalent required.
