The Vice President, Finance, North America plays a crucial role in overseeing and driving financial performance for the North America region for the veterinary diagnostics business. This individual reports to the Global CFO, Mars Science & Diagnostics and serves as the key finance business partner to the President of North America, Research & Development (R&D). Responsibilities include financial planning, analysis, and reporting across commercial (selling, marketing, customer support, sales analytics), and R&D innovation pipeline. This senior leadership position is responsible for developing and executing financial strategies that align with the company's overall goals, driving revenue growth, optimizing operational efficiency, and supporting strategic decision-making. This associate has expertise in financial management and demonstrates exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and business partnership skills, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
This is a hybrid role, where the ideal candidate will be located near either of our New York City, Fountain Valley, CA or Loveland, CO Corporate Hubs. The target pay range for this position is $219,000 - $275,000 annually. At Antech, pay decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, education, training and budget.
Essential duties and responsibilities include :
Education / Experience : Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting or related field; Master's degree or CPA a plus. At least 15 years of experience in Finance or Accounting, with a minimum of 5 years in a business partnership finance role. Experience in health diagnostics (human or pet health) is advantageous, otherwise strong learning agility is critical. Strong understanding and experience of financial planning, analysis, and financial operations. Prior experience in managing ~$1B+ P&L or multi-country finance leadership is highly preferred.
