Here are the minimum qualifications :

• While previous caregiver or related experience is preferred, we provide comprehensive training for all new caregivers.
• Have a caring, empathetic, and respectful attitude toward clients and their families.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills, actively listening, and responding effectively.
• Display reliability, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Have a valid / registered Home Care Aide (HCA) license, recent TB test, and CPR certification.
• Ideally, have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Be at least 18 years old.

Here are some examples of tasks you may undertake :

• Provide exceptional personal care services to elderly and disabled clients within the comfort of their own homes.
• Assist clients with their daily activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Ensure clients adhere to their care plans by reminding them to take medications, etc.
• Support with light housekeeping duties, preparing meals, and handling grocery shopping.
• Engage in meaningful conversations and offer companionship to clients.
• Offer transportation to medical appointments, errands, and social outings.
